Designed for a premier luxury rental showroom in North Miami, this lobby lounge remodel was envisioned to deliver a first-class experience the moment guests step inside. Reflecting the refined aesthetics of high-end automobiles, the space was completely transformed into a modern, sophisticated welcome area that aligns with the brand’s upscale identity.

The renovation included a sleek polished epoxy flooring application, creating a seamless and high-gloss foundation that mirrors the finish of luxury vehicles. A fresh coat of paint throughout, paired with updated doors and expansive windows, brightened and modernized the space while enhancing its architectural features.

At the heart of the lounge sits a custom nine-foot leather sofa—both functional and visually commanding—designed to comfortably seat multiple guests in style. A deep black viscose rug grounds the space with a rich, tactile elegance, while mirrored coffee tables reflect light and movement, echoing the glamour and precision of the showroom’s automotive collection.

Every design element was carefully selected to convey exclusivity, comfort, and polish—creating a lobby that not only supports the business’s luxury offerings but elevates the overall guest experience.
